Residents’ views on crime in Gloucestershire

Shurdington Parish Council have been informed by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Gloucestershire of a survey with residents to gather their opinions about their perceptions of crime in their local area. The survey asks for views on crime, antisocial behaviour and policing and this feedback will be used to inform the OPCC’s work to make Gloucestershire safer.

Information by Design (IbyD) is a market and social research company who are conducting the survey on behalf of the OPCC and are members of the Market Research Society (MRS) and abide by the MRS Code of Conduct.

To ensure we speak with residents from across Gloucestershire we are contacting all Parish Councils within the County to ask if you would kindly share the details of this survey with members of the Parish Council and with residents in the Parish.

The survey can be completed online by using this link: www.ibyd.com/glosopcc

This link can also be shared on your website and social media channels if you use them.

The online survey is accessible to all but if there is anybody who is unable to complete the survey online please let me know and I will send a paper copy for them to complete and return to us.

If you wish to contact the OPCC for Gloucestershire to confirm that this survey is being conducted on behalf of the Police and Crime Commissioner, please contact Annie White or Debbie Powell at engagement.officer@gloucestershire-pcc.gov.uk or by telephone on 01452 754348 (press 6 to speak to a member of staff).
